Georgetown Engagement Photos in Fall with Dog

GEORGETOWN ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS WITH DOG | DC WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Amanda and Lucas chose to have a Georgetown engagment session with their dog, Luna!

I had just photographed their friends’ Margaret and Kyle’s engagement and wedding photos, and they recommended me to Amanda and Kyle when they were looking for a photographer. They are planning a California wedding, but they knew they wanted their engagement photos taken where they now call home.

Margaret and Kyle and their pup Martha came along to keep an eye on Amanda & Kyle’s dog Luna when she wasn’t in the photos. Not only are the two couples friends, but Martha Washington and Luna are doggie BFFs and are the cutest together!

I had so much fun walking around Georgetown with Amanda, Lucas, Margaret, Kyle and their pups. We timed their session so that we had the prettiest golden sunset glow for their photos, and it was just magical.

The Georgetown waterfront offered such variety for their photos as we walked down. The cobblestone streets, the fall foliage, the water and buildings in the distant all came together for the perfect backdrop.
